Right to Seek Redressal:

  • Consumers have the right to seek redressal against unfair trade practices or restrictive trade practices. They can file complaints with the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission for resolution.

Right to Consumer Education:

  • Consumers have the right to be educated about their rights and responsibilities. The Act emphasizes the importance of consumer awareness and education to empower consumers in making informed choices.

Right to Fair and Equitable Treatment:

  • Consumers have the right to be treated fairly and with respect. Unfair or deceptive practices are prohibited, and consumers are entitled to fair treatment in the marketplace.
